Buying From Us

When you select an item from us online you are taken to a web page which allows you to specify the quantity. This page is hosted on Paypal servers. If you have a Paypal account you can use that account, otherwise you can chose to pay using major credit cards. Paypal handle the payment process.

Shipping:
We deliver using An Post for gift vouchers and packages. We charge €5.00 post and packing to cover standard shipping in Ireland. It is normally delivered within 2 or 3 business days.

Normally Gift Vouchers will be sent out on the day of or day after ordering. We don’t charge post and packing for Gift Vouchers. An Post typically delivers on the next working day.

Delivery to the UK takes 3 – 4 days.

We are not responsible for any liability should your order not arrive in the expected time frame.

Pricing:
All prices are shown in Euro and are inclusive of VAT.

Returns:
We will accept returns only with a returns reference which can be received by calling Knights in Stephens Green. We will only accept returns if the goods are damaged. We will replace the goods or provide a refund. The purchaser must take responsibility for costs of returning the goods. Post and Packing charges will not be refunded.
